At Brankie Home, we believe transparency should be the highest regarded customer value. That’s why we’ve clearly outlined our returns policies below. We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you’re not, please feel free to reach out with any questions.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch via email and attach photos of the damaged item(s). Please send your email to; firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive your email, we will send a replacement out to you or if you would prefer, we can process a refund straight back into the account in which you made your transaction, providing we have photographic evidence of the damage.
If your item(s) are not damaged but you would simply like to return your order for a refund then please notify us via email. You must do this within 14 days of receiving your order. If the 14 day period passes and you don’t get in touch, please still email us as we will always endeavour to help.
Please note that we do not provide free returns unless your order is damaged or faulty. Therefore, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be liable for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue you with a full refund, providing the item is unused and posted back to us in its original packaging, this will help to prevent item getting damaged in transit.
